POLITICS POLITICS AND POLITICS. HR is rude at her best & she treats everyone else as just slaves. Management is worst not soft spoken at all, Flexible working hours is just on paper, your boss asks you to come before him and leave after him. 25k from your salary goes to meal card which is not told you prior to joining at all. Offer letter and Appointment letters are not clear at all and after coming to terms of it those are played the way that they would benefit the company and company alone. They say they have open door policy, but, when you go and complaint to someone senior about your immediate boss that boss supports your boss even if he is harassing you. The hierarchy is of no meaning. Your performance is of no meaning no matter how well you perform, you just have to be in good books of the management nothing else.
Good work environment. Need more grooming at domain level while selecting the candidates. Freshers have good learning curves. Projects are mixed bend of legacy and new trend.
There are good opportunities to advance your a career. Management is very supportive of your ideas and suggestions. Telecommuting is permitted, flexible schedule. The company offers good benefits, and also provide additional training to continue learning new skills. You get to work with some great people from all over the world.

Pros: * Decent company with good work-life balance. * Very helpful and collaborative peoples. * Lot of fun activities Cons: * Not so good technology stack work for some team, it depends on team * For some team salary hike is not so good * They pay less than the standard market ;
Most of the employees are in company because of wages and work-life balance, most of the folks are 15+ yrs of exp and they dont have any ambitions further. Lack of passionate, diverse work culture; there are lot of individual contributors than good teams.
CD-adapco is a good place for a fresher, where you are given the chance to learn a lot of CFD concepts as part of your day to day job. Work culture is good. Lot of material is provided to improve domain knowledge. Good work-life balance. Not too hectic.
Good chance to learn
Management could be better
I have just started working here but the work culture is awesome and the people are awesome about helping out and stuff, it's a little slow to work with here in India but the team I work with at Siemens Bonn, Germany is awesome.
