work and gain

I typical work for 10 -11 hours in a day from morning 6 to 4 or 5 sometimes. I have learned lots in ms office, business ethics, gaining ideas for improvement of team/company, learned about six-sigma and the management helps & supports individuals. Being experienced for such a long time helps in flexible working schedules and support on projects from the team.
