Its a relaxed environment with no deadlines, pressure on the employees to deliver. You can opt for work from home if your project work supports. There are very very old managers in the company and if you don't get support from them then you will be screwed. Otherwise company is very good in terms of pay, employee benefits, work life balance.
Work life balance, HR benefit policies like Car lease scheme etc, working from options, you can choose to work on any technology irrespective of your background
Middle & upper management politics, no abroad long term opportunities, mostly german driven
Excellent work culture, good transportation, cultural diversity, excellent HR team. Adequate team events and talent demonstration medium provided. An up to date communication updates regarding any top management decisions taken. Attrition rate is comparatively lower compared to other companies. Work pressure is also comparatively low. Continuous skill upgrade learning platforms provided.
It is a great place to work for if you are either a fresher or at Management level. Siemens is not good for Mid-career. This place is not good for people who aspire to grow faster in their lives.
Transport, Subsidized food
