POLITICS POLITICS AND POLITICS. HR is rude at her best & she treats everyone else as just slaves. Management is worst not soft spoken at all, Flexible working hours is just on paper, your boss asks you to come before him and leave after him. 25k from your salary goes to meal card which is not told you prior to joining at all. Offer letter and Appointment letters are not clear at all and after coming to terms of it those are played the way that they would benefit the company and company alone. They say they have open door policy, but, when you go and complaint to someone senior about your immediate boss that boss supports your boss even if he is harassing you. The hierarchy is of no meaning. Your performance is of no meaning no matter how well you perform, you just have to be in good books of the management nothing else.

It used to have a cool work culture and work-life balance was good.Being productive and efficient at work while minimizing product imperfections. There is high quality focus with a zero accident philosophy. The workers safety is of upmost importance and engineering services like O&M, commissioning are customer focused.
HR policies are very good.

Working as a design engineer for Siemens Ltd. it was not just an opportunity but also an indeed pleasure to work with a mixed range of people. Be it indians, chinese germans spanish various cultures various technology and different experience. I meddled with the mud to learn and gross myself into a mettle engineer.Siemens valued my interest and gave valor to pursue it at every step. The hardest and the best part of job was going onsite actually interacting with labor making them do work. I highly appreciate my management for giving me this opportunity and having faith in me. The most amazing part was interacting with customers internally or externally. Gave a vivid response and when you had to stand up for a tech edge and round the table people looked up at you with great expectance that was the time when you just not presented yourself you were carrying SIEMENS in you. one word to define: AWESOME place.
personal professional life balance, free lunch
more onsite opportunity for learning
