For upgrading in my Job Designation
Good Company.....only salary is problem Work life balance opportunity to work freely only problem is some looser people grown to managaer position because of favoratism. No body listen about the individual employees concern. Many times its acting that management are listening but everything is waste
I learnt various aspects of gad turbine design during my stay in Siemens. Siemens gave me an opportunity to find solution to the existing problems and implement them in the products.

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?
A place to learn management and handling situations but not a place to learn technologies. A way too much organized management and process and will make you a do things in an organized manner.
Free Lunch coupons, Ease of travel
Siemens is a Great Company to work for. It helps its emloyees to provide work life balance. The Management is completely focussed with the overall goals.

At times you work on Random Project.
Very productive . Learned to work very systematic approach . Process oriented. Co-workers - very co-operative No job is hard at Siemens Enjoyable part is learning too many things.
process oriented, work life balance
Workplace is good to work. Daily learning from your own work and also from others. Management always seek for the goodwill of each employee. Co-workers are friendly in nature and always ready to support and help others in best possible manner. Every project work is different so I have seen both hard and soft part of the job. Overall, it is a very good organization for staying long term. Very balanced workplace to work in an organization.
Very good organization for staying long term
Salary is just average.
A typical day at work is divided between new projects, current product sustenance, documentation, supplier quality improvement I learned change management, product development, supplier evaluation and development. Management is responsible, ethical. co-workers are excellent, imaginative and responsible and fun to work with. The hardest part of the job is multi tasking (juggling several responsibilities simultaneously) while being excellent. The same as above. The job teaches one a lot.
work life balance
Less growth opportunity
A typical day at work may alter between periods of hectic activity to periods when almost no work is done. These latter periods tend to stretch at times to months, even years. The former may last a project or two interspersed by breaks in between. Overall a good place to work, learn and grow. There is always an issue with change which is almost always titular.
Great breadth of products and services
inflexible way of governing due to inconsistent decision making
