Very good company with having nice work culture and work life balance. Giving much flexible time to take your decisions at work related.
Management part is not so good. Takes things personally sometimes which causes future trouble.
Working with people who have experience equivalent to your age is a gift. Thier knowledge and experience was a real treasure which helped in developing me as a professional.

I learnt various aspects of gad turbine design during my stay in Siemens. Siemens gave me an opportunity to find solution to the existing problems and implement them in the products.
i miss those days where i was working in Siemens Gurgaon. Very good culture was there. i was happy that everyone supported me in the beginning. but growth is required to leave the company.

A typical day at work may alter between periods of hectic activity to periods when almost no work is done. These latter periods tend to stretch at times to months, even years. The former may last a project or two interspersed by breaks in between. Overall a good place to work, learn and grow. There is always an issue with change which is almost always titular.
