I have worked with them for a while now. Helped me understand the difference between good content and great content. On a side note they taught me what contextual marketing is and I use that term as in conversation as much as I can. Communication is great as well, which has seemed to be lost in today's time. Look forward to growing my business with them
I have been working at Siemens full-time for more than 3 years Pros Best work life balance, good hike latest technologies used. Have good employee benefits. Good methodology followed. Architects and mangers support employees in all aspects. Cons No much onsite opportunity, no more cons other than this.
Learn a lot about system programming. Although much of their code is legacy code involving minor improvements. So coming out of the company to search for other jobs becomes tough. Very less projects working on the hot topics of the industry
Its a relaxed environment with no deadlines, pressure on the employees to deliver. You can opt for work from home if your project work supports. There are very very old managers in the company and if you don't get support from them then you will be screwed. Otherwise company is very good in terms of pay, employee benefits, work life balance.
Work life balance, HR benefit policies like Car lease scheme etc, working from options, you can choose to work on any technology irrespective of your background
Middle & upper management politics, no abroad long term opportunities, mostly german driven
Siemens is a German company. This shines through all facets of the company. In both good and slightly annoying ways. First of all, Siemens is a very dynamic and innovative company. This, in my opinion, makes it a very interesting place to work. The people that work here, are usually very qualified at their respective areas.but I am never satisfied with the package
Work life balance amazing! .....................,..............................you will love to work here. Equal pay, growth opportunities and good employees Supervisor coordination... Support from peers and subordinates... Transparency and guidance.
Awesome place to work in the field of new product research and development but due to energy market slowdown the effects are turning culture negative
A very awesome place to work in the field of new product development where high importance is given to innovation and employees are encouraged to take risks without fearing failure. An organization that supports fail first fail quick culture where we can explore all possible avenues to come up with improved design with high preference on work life balance. But due energy market slowdown negative kind set has started to kick in and cost cutting measures are being given highest preference which is making life tougher
Many.. Good work life balance, innovative work environment, talented pool, chance to work on new product development
Less pay in costly city, large payment gap between employees amoung same grade
Good thinking of this company. For employees it was good compliment of me I was get chance I will go there. I was happy of this company it is good for us
I joined Siemens India in 2010 . The work culture is great but at the same time few positions and profiles are not paid well by the company . Environment is friendly and the best part about Siemens is your job security .
Best mentors ever available in any of the companies i worked. Supportive, Encouraging and Enthusiastic management and technical leads.Research topics ar amazing for a mechanical engineer
Free food for interns
Poor HR response
Most of the employees are in company because of wages and work-life balance, most of the folks are 15+ yrs of exp and they dont have any ambitions further. Lack of passionate, diverse work culture; there are lot of individual contributors than good teams.
