Pros:Good work life balance.Good work culture.cons:Salary in not competitive.Politics in some projects.Less projects in production.Not using proper development tools in project as projects are short.
Higher management at Gurgaon is completely biased, toxic, bully and insecure. They will not provide growth to you if you are not a boot liquor and if you are competent enough they will do everything to undermine you and to put you in their shoes. High amount of politics in the teams, openly supported by higher management. Management treat employees as slaves and if you raise any issue please be ready to get out of the organization.
They support only the domain people coming from power plants. If you are coming from software background they will not provide you the growth path. No technical trainings.
They also follow bell curve policies in which each year they will find lot of scapegoats, eat their bonus by providing bad ratings, implementing performance improvement plan and distribute it to there favorites.They will also torture you during notice period.

Management is worst not soft spoken at all,
Flexible working hours is just on paper, your boss asks you to come before him and leave after him.
25k from your salary goes to meal card which is not told you prior to joining at all.
Offer letter and Appointment letters are not clear at all and after coming to terms of it those are played the way that they would benefit the company and company alone.
They say they have open door policy, but, when you go and complaint to someone senior about your immediate boss that boss supports your boss even if he is harassing you. The hierarchy is of no meaning. Your performance is of no meaning no matter how well you perform, you just have to be in good books of the management nothing else.

am talking about GBS Siemens Bangalore office.I had been working there as process associate for 1.5 years, to be honest salary is very low and you will get good experience and knowledge and you will not get better hike,so for the sake of experience this company is good.usually they know they will get freshers at low cost so no one will stay more than two years there.
The main advantage of working in this company is we will get good reputation in the market but people who working there only knows how much they are earning and how much will be the savings.
As we all are working for salary and getting good knowledge but getting knowledge without reasonable salary for living is not good.

It's indeed amazing place to work. Lots of benefits and flexibility. Collaborative and nice work culture. No stress or over loading in general. Only salary wise it can improve as it's not one the best payers in industry.

Worst company, you won’t get paid as per govt orders, good working atmosphere is there apart from that nothing. Salary is one worst part, you don’t get paid well.
Management was good but working pressure was absult.but u will get very good experience to gather.so it's a welth for ur further improvement.and salary is also handsome

Siemens is a very good place to work. Management and colleuges cooperative. Salary package is great. But work environment is not good in field. Job work and personal life balance is not good.

Good place to work,good environment to work. Their were facilities such as transportation, night shift allowance extra pay for extra work. Extra circular activities like sports dance, annual dayz, festivals celebrations.
