Pros:Good work life balance.Good work culture.cons:Salary in not competitive.Politics in some projects.Less projects in production.Not using proper development tools in project as projects are short.
Shifting duty, good work culture, salary and benefits are better than any other company. Safety must. On site job. Manager is very good but strict.
I am Enjoying working At Siemens only want to change due to family stability. Boss is flexible in our business segment and also flexible timings. Most enjoyed is the flexibility in work. hardest part is so much roaming.

Management is bad, if they decide to fire you then they will do withing 24 hours and rest is good.

Best work life balance, good hike latest technologies used. Have good employee benefits. Good methodology followed. Architects and mangers support employees in all aspects.

Its a relaxed environment with no deadlines, pressure on the employees to deliver. You can opt for work from home if your project work supports. There are very very old managers in the company and if you don't get support from them then you will be screwed. Otherwise company is very good in terms of pay, employee benefits, work life balance.

I joined Siemens Gurgaon, in 2011. Since then i am working here. I learnt a lot in professional skills. This company provides good atmosphere to work. Sometimes work load is more but that is ok. Senior level management is not so good.
