If project is good then it's fine otherwise too much politics & non co operation pay scale offer is good. My experience didn't went smooth manager was pain.

The department I was a part of didn't have many advancements, although the entire Siemens healthineers culture is great. The work is great at almost all departments. It's totally dependant on your department on how your experience is. If you get an interview or an offer with digital health or Molecular imaging, CT. You can close your eyes and take up the offer as these are the best departments work in. I had a good experience at Siemens healthineers. Although would have loved to be a part of the departments I've mentioned above.
