Worst Management no work life balance

Bad experiences with worst management no work life balance heavy work load given to workers and problem with sify old employees not allow new Comer to survive they always have a worst policy.no comments simply waste.

I don't know about other departments but being in networking field especially in SOT team. Then I think this will be the biggest mistake in life that any one can do. Soon you will realize that it was a trap. But you will enjoy if you like being treated as labor working for very less wage. And I have no words for manager, he is out of this world thing.

Excellent co-workers, very supportive staff. especially Sr.software developer manager, TL and operational managers are friendly.drawback in sify is they are not giving hike for the off role employees(yearly appraisal). due to this reason many employees are left this company. That to in pandemic situation there is no internet allowance for the employee.this is about my experience in sify.

Worked in Sify for 4 months, tbh it was a horrible experience. No work/life balance. They can ask you to extend your shift at any time. Managers don't respect employees working under them.

may bad things. ram is the worst, harsha is an as hole, naveen is a dikh, all are very poor in maintaining the field engineers

This company doesn't have a proper reporting structure and team integration. The results of our efforts often cannot be quantified. Managers are selfish and rude. Reporting mechanism is terrible. Frequent team amendments without planning. No employee respect.
