Best work place

I learned so many skills from a skilled team. In this institute, team culture helps a lot in unlocking new doors for future careers. There are a lot of things to learn, a good platform to learn. Workplace culture is also good. I would like to say that all people are also good. Good staff, very supportive. Salary is on time. Healthy environment Flexible time. I have learned a lot in silica.

Productive and Fun workplace

The company is exceptionally good for the work culture, encouraging environment, and the outstanding support which is provided by the staff at Silica Institute. The company truly stands out in creating an environment where employees feel valued and motivated. The positive work culture fosters creativity, collaboration, and growth, making it a pleasure to be part of the team. The encouragement and support from the staff have been invaluable. Whether it's professional development, problem-solving, or just a friendly chat, I've always felt that my ideas and well-being are genuinely cared for. This kind of support goes a long way in boosting productivity and morale.

It's Productive but hectic

There are lot of things to learn, good platform to learn. The management should improve. Workplace culture is also okay. I would like to say that all people are also good but few seniors have really bad attitude, they are so egoistic & arrogant. This has to change. Otherwise this institute is okay.
