Because it is so true they have very illegal policy to take the employees original document with them and while leaving they ask for the money .

Not blaming the company but the environment there is very headache they always gives pressure and the HR there, they do not have manners to how to talk to employees because i personally gone through the rude behaviour of the HR. Also no appreciation
