This company higher management and site management are cooperative and company also provided good employee facility. Only one demerits is salary late processing due to this I have left the company.

Healthy environment at site . Hard and enjoyable work culture at site level.

Management is very poor. Salary getting late, after 4/5 months gap. Mediclaim and other facilities not available. Site level staff is very good, all are hard workers and skill full.

It was a really good organization till 2016 , after that situation changed. Salary was delayed,no promotion,less job security etc etc. I recommend you not to get in now , if situation improves then think and join this company.

Intese labour based job mean more man power involve than machinery, reporting system is very old, very less of new technology, no automation, will not deduct your salary if you are one or two hour late for 2 or 3 day in month

Best company to work and learn about construction industry

Best company I have ever worked. But Due to poor management company went bust. Project is controlled by the coordinator who has not the relevant experience for that project. Lack of competant employes at project site. This is big problem for the company and so they failed to complete the project in time. Hence almost every project went in loss.
