Very poor system of Project Planning & Monitoring, they use very older techniques in Project Management, no costing & no budgeting. No hard rules for MIS. Quality of site accomodations & facilities depends upon the Project In Charge luckily worked under a nice Project In Charge

Same role

Good for freshers and trainees. Constant learning process at site level

Project Engineer (Current Employee) - Ramagundam, Telangana - December 20, 2018

A typical day would include a 12 hour working schedule. Freshers and Trainees are well trained and are allotted activities to be performed in a stipulated time-frame. Employees are not just confined to their subject area, there are exposures to explore oneself with various streams and departments as per their knowledge.

Pros

Accomodation both for Family and Bachelors, Conveyance facility from mess to site.

Cons

Long working hours, Holidays are not common and are not allowed to take for themselves

Very relaxing job.. no work load because there are company staff for respective work.. management is very poor..

A good company in eastern zone... Every types of work company is taking under contract.. it's really very helpful those who are fresher... But salary system is very poor.. company is not providing salary on time.. so this is big demerit of company...
