The team is very good and friendly. There is work stress but collaborative team makes this easy.Higher Management is very strict.They are having 7 plants and are having different culture. Being plants located outside Maharashtra and almost corners of India, commutation and getting with respective plant persons is very difficult

Sintex is all about work work and work. No place for human work life balance. A stressful atmosphere with an imaginary supervision. Long hiring process and quick firing process. Job security is at the least. Company stakeholders not even caring for the company. Work is like passing the parcel.
