Supportive environment

Good training supportive managers and colleagues but the work pressure is very high. No weekoffs long working hours no fun celebration nothing. You should keep on call the dead leads. They give the fresh leads to the seniors and expect the sales from juniors with dead leads which doesn't make any sense.

.I have learned a lot from Skill Lync.. There is no job security and what promised through word of mouth will not be given to the employee until its given written. . Work Life balance is zero and this varies from department to department.. Salary will not be credited on the promised date.
