Good training supportive managers and colleagues but the work pressure is very high. No weekoffs long working hours no fun celebration nothing. You should keep on call the dead leads. They give the fresh leads to the seniors and expect the sales from juniors with dead leads which doesn't make any sense.

There is fun with work but too much of biased mentality been found

Its not a right place to work and there is no job security. Also there had been notice that the management is showing the partiality to their employees.

No proper process training been given and no proper OJT process adhered
