Very stressful. Unequal pay and not good supervision. Very unfair with promotions. Atmosphere was too guarded... did provide good training however changes were daily. Company didn't provide enough time to read email to absorb changes. Supervisor was not informed most of time. Disorganized.

A typical day at work

During my typical workday, I am responsible for overseeing my teams as they progress on various advertising campaigns. I check in and help them with any issues they may be having such as doing mock-ups or securing rights to songs. I keep in touch with clients, update them on our progress and make sure they are satisfied with the promotional materials.

that is good experience for me to work in to the smc because in that i learn lots of that the culture how to fight with the competitors and how to get maximum benefit to get the incentive. there are lots of chances to earn money if u r use your own idea to get the insurance from the people. so in lase it was nice experience for me.
