Snapdeal is a good company, gave me a chance to communicate people from various cultures. Even growing chance were little bit less but i never got bored yong. Employees can make fun with each other but everyone have to maintain score of the customer satisfaction. Salary was not fair as compared to work stress.

Snapdeal work culture is relaxed and very helpful in increasing your skills. My Manager was very cooperative in terms of giving right and equal chance to everyone in team, your suggestions has been acknowledged and useful. In snapdeal you even get a lot of opportunity to travel and meet vendors.

Small team with a flexible roles
