Great to work in an reputed company. Am spend about 6 yrs there; feeling good working culture , systematic but salary hike is not getting on time. No consideration for experienced person than an fresher , management treating same on both by giving lower hike. As always in a corporate company there will be politics & ego between higher officials and lower which will be clearly reflecting on salary hikes.. 🤗

What is the best part of working at the company?Quality of construction is top class. Well maintenance of property and excellent handover to the. Lient.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Lengthy internal process for purchase etc.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Very good work culture, no politics, supportive staff.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Every day will learn new things. Good place to work and earn money

It was a great opportunity to work shobha Ltd.It's a great opportunity for the salespersons . Very good in incentive packages and payment on time .Very good sales team.

Energetic environment to work and have a high standard of work-life MNC

I worked as an Electrical Engineer at site execution of construction work including interior, exterior and common area works. During this time I learn how to work as a team.

I enjoyed working under pressure at Sobha as Project manager.

Work for experience if you are freshers. proactiveness in work will result of growth rapidly to your carrier and is true in any organisation but here it is Sobha promotion and good incentives. Need to work very hard and strict desipline in working times. Quality checks and quantity works to be managed smartly with effective cost.

Work place is good, But salary package is way too less than other companies, No employee benefits except medical insurance. Good place for career learning, But no financial growth.

The job environment is really good, something new to learn everyday

Many are made to work independently and implement own ideas which was encouraging to come up with something new. Day today tasks were routine but newer ways to tackle the same. Support from the management was satisfactory. An OK work life balance but the higher level associates don't understand the problems of it's employees. They need employees to work with passion even after a so called LIMITED COMPANY don't hike the salary for 3.5 years. Above that decrement of 10+ percentage for 1 year during COVID times, which shows the neglegency in retaining good talents. Forget about promotions. Salary scale is least in the market and lesser than one paid by local consultancies. My simple suggestion to those who wants to join the organisation, take an year and half around experience and look for better opportunities or else if you are not caring about your career growth stay calm and work here.

Great place to work

I had a really great experience in Sobha. Sobha follows very strict standards. Very friendly people. One of the most comfortable place to work. Designers pay Attention to every single detail in interiors. They have international interior designers. So u get nice exposure to international design standards.

Get to learn about real estate and construction in depth.

Quality of construction is good, stressful environment, too many sales people for inventory available affecting growth and reaching target. Too much of lead clashes, no work life balance, month end had to be in corporate office till 1 AM night. month ends no week offs. Salary on time and can claim travel allowance of 6k for a month.Incentive structure is attractive but mostly not possible to earn good incentives due to cancelations considered while crediting incentives to account.They pay only 50% of earned incentives after 2 months of sale agreement (Bank disbursement) and remaining 40% after another 2 months and last 10% after one year if team achieves target.You get to learn to work under pressure if you join. Health insurance for dependents, PF, Gratuity, Travel allowance (had to claim) are benefits offered in salary breakup. Job confirmation letter will be given after 1year of joining only.

Good project location and most of the properties are beyond 1cr. The class of customer is responsible and educated so you get good customer around to work

If a person is truely into construction field then it is the best place to be..

Not a Time based job culture but if a person is least bothered about work life balance then the person may be comfortable with the atmosphere.For freshers it gives a solid platform of work basics.

Shobha is good company for beginners why because here beautiful culture is there but we will not get good salary and hike apart from salary and hike everything is ok
