by working here we can learn a lot and improve our career a lot, we can deal with verity of customers like corporate, residential and commercial. also we will get a good base knowledge about how its happening in all levels like discussion,design,estimation,production and execution. i was dealing mostly with corporate projects like Infosys, LULU, GRAND HYATT and recently Meydan Sobha. Management is strict but and helpful to our works.was able to work in a friendly atmosphere. But the work load is very high here, long working hours and also the beneficial parts like salary and other allowances are very less, since Sobha is a global brand they are offering less salary and other facilities.we will get a group of young energetic colleagues here which will help us to stay and work for long time.

Bad place for career growth. you'll hardly get increment every year will be 500/- to 1000/- modern exploitation you can feel it here. head office employees get all the benefits like holidays, timings, offers etc..but site people wont get all these.they have to work like Donkeys.
