Low salary and low compensatory benefit. No other benefits apart from this.
As a Senior manager the key expectation was to spend more time on day to operations and no time spent on strategy formulation other bigger goals. Lot of micro management by senior leadership. Onshore continues to live with operational problems and are not willing to change. Very stressful work environment with zero recognition to a Manager's work
Shift timings will differ as per the team. As a Fresher, the best place to start our career. we can learn new things and the company will invest more training for employees. Company will train us to learn French language. we have to pay amount for this course but that is refundable if we scored 70% above in Test. Other course offered by company is free of cost.

Organisation is very good. But there are people who create unpleasant work culture for their selfish purposes. Top management doesn't investigate real issues. They go by their favorite personal views.

Salary for some people it might be underpaid. Work culture is good but management culture will depend upon the manager. Weekend work, no carry forward of leaves, no pay for extra working hours, no half yearly parties, no reward.
