Good Place but slow career growth. Some politics in work place. Management is not very clear most of the time on the vision and planning. Good salary.
Society Generale was excellent company in all aspects, salary, atmosphere, management decission, supervisors, collegaues, etc..
It was productive and fund place company.

Slow Paced and no comp benefits and needs more employee friendly and give more freedom i.e transparency in terms of client culture and should give good employee benefits.

management not good, but all depends on the team
growth is minimal
Too much politics, no good work, bad team - best describes the monumental disaster and culmination of my experience.
Work life balance is good. Some teams are good. I unfortunately was in the wrong team, which had no growth and way too much politics that sending emails was also a problem.
No training’s, no support from managers, no proper planning and implementation, top down approach.
Added to that the culture of screaming and talking rudely.
All this added up to be a terrible one year. Glad to be out.
Pros
Work life balance. Salary.
Cons
Everything else. Bad managers, bad team, no good work, bad work culture and poor management.
Working as a Senior Analyst in the Product control team and have close to 5 years experience.
A stress-free place to work.
Work life balance.
Good hike and bonus.
Pros
Good benefits
Cons
Long commuting hours
Productive and Fun Place to work in. Has good flexi desk options. There are several other employee benefits which are added to your CTC - like food coupons, travel allowances, Low interest loans etc
It is a good place for the freshers. They have a excellent career development opportunities.
They conceretate on the health of the employees and give good gifts every year.
