I have been working at Société Générale full-time for more than 3 years. Good Work Life balance, decent pay. Leading toward new technologies. Technology wise there is northing much to look for as they still work on legacy system.
Work life balance is really good. Work from home for two days a week. Good Management. Good work culture. Insurance benefit. Bus allowances. Food Allowance.
Work from home for two days a week., Bus pass which can be used even on weekends anywhere anytime., Food coupons., Employee friendly management., No work pressure., Good worklife balance
Slow Paced and no comp benefits and needs more employee friendly and give more freedom i.e transparency in terms of client culture and should give good employee benefits.
Work life balance - Depends on which team
Low salary and low compensatory benefit. No other benefits apart from this.
Too much politics, no good work, bad team - best describes the monumental disaster and culmination of my experience. Work life balance is good. Some teams are good. I unfortunately was in the wrong team, which had no growth and way too much politics that sending emails was also a problem. No training’s, no support from managers, no proper planning and implementation, top down approach. Added to that the culture of screaming and talking rudely. All this added up to be a terrible one year. Glad to be out.
Work life balance. Salary.
Everything else. Bad managers, bad team, no good work, bad work culture and poor management.
