They upfront bluff with employees and takes all the credit by corporate office people...site team works hard to ensure clients retain but back office team does have any control on clients asking... just site team must Ensure everyone's needs... I have been working harder to retain but only covid19 situation... I struck in home town but working daynight ensured smooth Operations still back office team doesn't help me to get backup job...Now I an jobless since three months...Its really pathetic Management Thanks for your review Xyz

Rounds of facility ensuring reaching site 15 min prior to schedule, take snag list & mail the same to seniors with what action needs to be taken & approval of them. take training of staff which helped in team building activity and was called as public man. Management always looks or aims at higher end. workplace culture is good if you are good it depends solely on the individual how to see to it. Work life balance is the hardest part of the job After completion of our daily schedule responsibility a sense of pride in helping those who are still striving to complete the given work
