They upfront bluff with employees and takes all the credit by corporate office people...site team works hard to ensure clients retain but back office team does have any control on clients asking... just site team must Ensure everyone's needs... Such a excellent company, Salary credited on 01st of every month,
Good packages & Increments, Internal promotions, Trainings, Job security, Employee safety.
Company is good but management team are worst, lot of politics,
If you get any bad feedback about sodexo "because of team only".
