Long business hours and sometimes dull season sales.
Good place to work and job security. Management is supportive. Good exposure and supportive teammmates. Good salary. Team building and business meet yearly in good resorts and clubs. Canteen is good.

It was nice experience with Sony India Software Pvt Ltd, and if you are hired from consultancy then there is not a job security. Work culture is good and also depends on teams.

I was doing an internship so according to my environment was good.you will get salary on time life balance is good. You have to compet in the whole market
Sony provide best training .I am there through third party superwell pvt. Ltd.
They provide all facility but not provide job security.after passing two months from sep to Nov 2019.they through there employee out and there is no any single call comes from sony about feedback.
I am working with Sony India Pvt. Ltd. but work culture is not so good, because boss is always provoke from other work sources, always compared with other staff. That is why always work culture is not good.
