worst work environment, worst management, unorganizations system, worst HR support , more over if your male you can be in the company for log period, and you can be but only if you do works others and your as well in delivered time , for example : if a office boy quits or any other co worker like sales person quits the job, it only your reasonability to take over there work so that they don't need to hire people for that specialization, And don't expect your salary hike. if so your will be torture and overload your work in such a way, where you yourself will quit the job

Productive and Nice work place

Working in Spacewood family was very good experience of me, Directors are very good and supportive. Need to improve Higher Management & their politics. Rest atmosphere is too good.

Spacewood is a reputed brand in the market, the company having a manufacturing plant at Nagpur, it's more than 15acres of land covering. 23+ years in the market the company is growing very fast with a different range of furniture both home and office furniture. Some are major clients like Amazon, Flipkart ,Hometown .

Company acchi hai , lekin ek worker ko jitne suwidhaye milni chahiye utani nahi milati or goverment ruls ke hisab se salry bhi kam hai or ek baat ki yahape contract base par kam karaya jata hai,iski wajah se aage badhane ka moka nahi milta

In spacewood normally company is very good and management is also good but when we talk about system of job . there is no system planning and control for production plans .i have only thing learned at spacewood was manpower and pressure handling. apartment from this management is regular arrange programs for workers and officers improvement like traning and cultural activaties.

This organisation is not new to me every person is coming from our earlier organisation when we are working in BP Ergo Limited a group of VIP Industries Limited. I spend nearly 25 years. But for better prospects i have to move forward.
