Worst, company to ever work for

No one should work for this company, worst company, doesn't care about its employees no work life balance. Nothing good in Spandana. They will trap you once you join by keeping all your orginal certificates as bond. To get FMS process or clear any employee related query, they make you run around circles. No complaints are heard from employee side. Every thing that runs in the company is in hand of CEO, who doesn't let others work freely. Many you will find within company are leaving continuously, as no one happy with management behaviour and conduct.
