Spencer's retail is a part of RPG GROUP. No doubt It's a very good organization I am working with Spencer's last few years. After COVID have some changes in management it's results working culture is change in the organisation may it just because of deep of sales. Or new management.Thanks

Comany is not fare enough with all employees & department the ops team is having dominance in all depatment, Hr activity is very casual no support for SLP team.

As per company I was enjoyed lot in starting in Hyderabad after two months no one bother on store losses ,MBQ,availability and not intrested on loss making stores how to control. Especially no response from backend team .many are well strong with their other Income from Spencer who are working from many years
