It's good experience in the spinny. I learned about the car knowledge and it was good experience for me. They are providing 2 time food in the office. they provide laptop to work in the office. covid-19 I did WFH.

The company actually have a good environment to work but the HR policies are pathetic. HR says what management ask them to say. No rights to say 'No'. You will be asked to work even work on guested holidays and just 1 weekly off. They look to hire workers not employees.

Should change theri working style

They should change their working style. They are startup startup company they should give atleast 2 months to a manager to perform well to understand their business culture not to do transfer so earlier.
