Jobs at Sprinklr
Decent place
Manager Services (Former Employee) - Bengaluru, Karnataka - November 15, 2023
hectic work, people pushing for long hours beyond their job description, lack of internal shift if you want to change departments it is very hard to do so

Pathetic environment, DON'T JOIN
Product Manager (Former Employee) - Gurgaon, Haryana - November 8, 2023
I'm gonna keep it crisp. Spent 3 years 1. Company culture is terrible & extremely toxic. Not even sure if they have a culture 2. Have become a big company, but still unmature. Leaders are mid-level managers who got elevated because of high churn 3. Extremely high churn. Get this - My team has typically 20 people on average. In 3 years, I have seen 40+ people leave from my same team. The same is true across most orgs. 4. No work life balance. As a guy in R&D, you can expect your typical work day to start from 9-10 am & go till midnight, sometimes even late. Unless asked not to work on weekends, you will be nagged on Weekends. 5. Favouritism based culture. Yeah, no increments & promotions based on performance - rather on visibility, willingness to sit in office daily & give updates to the VP every day. 6. No learning & growth path I think i've said enough.

Avoid if you have better options
Manager @ Sprinklr (Former Employee) - Bengaluru, Karnataka - September 29, 2023
Very rude and arrogant Senior leadership in Product Management. Very stressful environment. Always fire fighting and fire fighters are glorified. Some folks grow every 6months and some not even once in 3 years.
Pros
Free Lunch.
Cons
Rude Leaders

Hectic, more work and great pay
Product Engineer Intern (Former Employee) - Gurgaon, Haryana - August 29, 2023
The work is mostly hectic, you will need to be on your toes. The pay is great, one of the best in India. Free food and a few other benefits, but the company culture is not very good, they tend to do the bare minimum apart from compensation

A case of managerial collapse
Former Intern (Former Employee) - Gurugram, Haryana - August 9, 2023
One of the worst workplaces to be in genuinely. Everyone here is a yes man, and they want you to be that ways too. Mismanagement is extreme, and everyone in the company seems to be overstressed

Stressful Work environment
FRONTEND ENGINEER (Former Employee) - Gurugram, Haryana - May 21, 2023
Poor company to work for, you never feel confident working there. You are always compared to your colleagues based on the number of git commits you do. No opportunies are given to grow. You will be working more than 12 hours on an average since all teams are under staffed
Pros
Good salary and free food
Cons
Mental peace, Bad work life balance, No respect for fellow team mates

Cool place to work
Associate, Machine Learning (Former Employee) - Bangalore - May 20, 2023
Sprinklr builds great products but it's difficult to move up and get recognized. Also the pay was not commensurate with job responsibilities. They need to work on fixing this.

Toxic Work culture, worst place to work
Product Manager (Current Employee) - Gurgaon - April 19, 2023
Do not ever join this company if you value personal life or mental health at all. You will be expected to wotk 24*7(even on weekends), and sick leaves.

It depends on the priority, please see glassdoor reviews for clarity. The products and the people are good, work life balance is something which can be improved.

Nothing ghod say
Data Analyst (Former Employee) - Gujarat - March 8, 2023
If you are lucky you go under a goid Manager, but even then no growth is to be expected for mid and low level employees.Managers are the Gods here.Their biased and favouritism nature is the worst thing about the Company and believe me it is the same whether in India or at their headoffice in US or UK.They are there to just protect their chair.Noone knows the basis of apprisals and God forbid you question your Manager. The only way to move forward in your carrier is to resign. Many good employees left the Company and the left over is what is there now, biut the Company arrogantly refuse to learn.
Pros
Nothing
Cons
Culture is bad

Join here if you want to sell your soul for some money!!
Lead Product Engineer (Current Employee) - Gurgaon, Haryana - January 1, 2023
To begin with, there is absolutely no concept of a work schedule. If you're a developer, you'd be working pretty much 24X7 in most teams. Money part was attractive at some point, but slowly even that has been on a decline. If you join as a fresher, you'll end up learning a lot over a span of 1.5 to 2 years. However, thereafter, just be prepared to face the most toxic culture one could imagine. Here at Sprinklr, the ELTs & SLTs think that you can throw money at a problem to resolve it. There is absolutely no empathy from most people in leadership. It is a complete one-man show in the organisation......the name is obvious of course. The CEO absolutely has no say it feels like, which is comical to me. The toughest thing about working here is to face the toxic work culture & worst work-life balance; at least in dev team. Be prepared to get calls in the wee hours all the time. If you do end up joining, make sure you keep preparing and leave by the end of 2 years. Thereafter, you just wouldn't even have enough time to prepare ever. The only thing that helped is the amount of learning & smart folks around.
Pros
As a fresher, immense learning, decently high pay
Cons
Toxic work culture, no work life balance

Bad culture, but everyone is used to it by now
Product Manager (Current Employee) - Gurgaon, Haryana - December 12, 2022
Tbh, Sprinklr is quite open in regards to what they are and what they want you to do. "Just work all day and we will pay you, alright?". Some people find the work interesting, some monotonous. But everyone finds it stressful Having said that, its not like people are leaving at a large pace. That "could" be due to a high compensation they are being paid. I just joined, so I'm not aware of how high this compensation is. But, at the end of the day, it's a choice that people are making. Sprinklr has been very clear
Pros
Good growth I guess
Cons
Whatever you would call "personal" life

Compensation is good. But they don’t give freedom to choose between teams/ work
Product Development Engineer (Former Employee) - INDIA - November 30, 2022
Compensation is good. Company in general is good. But the main problem is they don't give flexibility to choose between teams / project. I did my internship at sprinklr . They have allotted me in front-end team. But I want to work in back - end team. But I was not given option to work in front end team. After the internship, they told me work in front end sprinklr team only when i join as full time employee. No freedom that is very bad.
Pros
Good compensation
Cons
no flexibly to choose projects/ teams

Stressful Work environment
Senior Product Engineer (Former Employee) - Gurugram, Haryana - November 23, 2022
The best part about sprinklr is money, and I would recommend someone to join only if he is concerned with money and can let go off work life balance and mental peace. One of the biggest issues i found there was comparisons which was being made within team members. This person is A grade this is C grade etc. No proper planning of things are done beacause of which you are expected to slog to complete the functionality
Pros
Salary
Cons
Mental peace, Bad work life balance, No respect for fellow team mates

unfriendly
Customer Success Manager (Former Employee) - Bangalore, Karnataka - November 13, 2022
customer success is very unfriendly team. managers play partiality and don't understand, lot of unqualified works are promoted as director in this department and not purely by merit. if you like to keep you rhead under the radar then you are safe along with a lot of buttering.

Work is not defined
Product Analyst (Current Employee) - Gurgaon, Haryana - September 12, 2022
Product is amazing but there is no clarity of job, what I'm supposed to do and for what I am responsible. It's more get the work done no matter who is doing it. Since product is so vast, I think so it has become overwhelming for internal Employees too
Pros
Good Salary and Team
Cons
Undefined Work and Role
