Stressful and pathetic management

The reason for joining the Company is that they have the reputed name in the market. But as an employee, it's a more hectic and stressful job. They don't pay as they offered no week off continuously worked for almost 2 months without holidays. Work life imbalance, you'll loose all the patience working here. They won't provide relevance letter, if you put down for resignation you wont get salary for that month.In short they are hiring graduates telecallers.

Working condition was not good liKe they have system like point basis and monitor that. They are playing with employee's carrier because they fired up the candidates more then they are hiring .

This is one of the worst place to work . The work load you get and the salary you getting paid has no meaning at all . If you google for the company reviews you might find it cool but the ground reality is not the same. They hesitate to pay you and if you have any salary related queries no one is gona take responsibility in resolving the issue. Even the salary CTC breakup is not fixed . Just don't join SY's unless you have no other options.

Pathetic work culture

Not a good place to work they treat us like some robots who has to work for a very less salary with just Monday as a off. Have to travel a lot on weekends to the sites in traffic with our Own fuel expenses which is so pathetic.
