Nice place to work. You can learn somany things and can hqve a nice experience. Team and management is corporative. But you have to be responsible enough to do your duty and to make your students go ahead.

Management is very supportive... good and compititive environment... which enhances learning and things power.

Work place is good... management and colleagues are very supportive.. Activity based learning is a new process.... Emphasis more on employees growth... And there increments... listen to parents problem and requirements... and try their level best to solve them...

Lot of politics,greedy and selfish seniors only

Every day at work at Sri Chaitanya was stressful.I learnt to never be in an organization like Sri Chaitanya where seniors don't support you And other colleagues are just pets of those seniors. Management is very poor, they'll blame u for things that you're not even related toWorkplace culuture is just like dictatorship, u can't say, u can't stay, u can't suggest,u can't do anything as per ur convenience Hardest part of job, when regional officer trashes u in front of everyone just to prove his dominance,And they do a lot of groupism, politics, favoritism, cheap shot.Enjoyable part is when I resigned from that place. Moral, they just want business and revenueThey don't care about u or the students or through education

For 25k salary as a language teacher, if you can adjust for your family, its ok.

What is the best part of working at the company?workshop and handwriting training What is the most stressful part about working at the company? admission pressure and job during many public holidays and many SundaysWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company?good but no proper discipline rules for common students in day campuses. Most students are pampered for achieving admission targets by management. Merit students are disturbed due to rogue students.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Stress and fear of admission targets and fee recovery and conversion during season time (January to July). Remaining season ok; unless of course if you are a Christian, you have to miss most Sunday Church Prayers

Social science Exhibition

Among all Indian schools Sri Chaitanya Techno is one of the best school. It has excellent curriculum in Techno department for the students of classes 6 to 12.For the preparation of IIT, JEE, NEET .

Worst management

It is one of the worst schools I have seen. Very pathetic management. There is no job security. You have to ask each month for your salary. They also do not provide you joining latter. Very disappointing.

Pathetic Place to work

Its a trap. All staff members have worked there patiently for 3 months but they did not released their salary and evertime they made false promises which were not fulfilled at all. They will force you to work for longer hours and even after school. I haven’t experienced such a bad environment anywhere before I joined this school. They have no proper management and even a principal.

Fun work space..

I really enjoyed when I am working there..but only one thing it was admission process ok because all schools are having same process for this,good thing was for admission process door step was not there in srichaitanya techno school.if i will get the job opportunity again to be frankly i am saying i will rejoin again.. because of my relocation I gave resgined for this job really I'm so proud to be a teacher in srichaitanya techno curriculum..mainly vizianagaram branch...and one more thing I liked workshop it was very useful for every human being...

My overall experience at SCTS isn’t good at all.They have problem in management. There’s no respect for teachers at all. No jon security and fluctuating rules.They have problem in decision making and politics is also there!

Spending time with my students 💕 after lunch

I usually like to sped some time with my Class students as I was their class teacherI used to eat lunch along with my students and monitor them so that they may not quarrel with one another while having their lunch. I used to finish my lunch fastly and later used to spend time With them asking their likes and dislikesUsed to know their hobbies their schedule For studies . It was a good experience

Kanakpura Branch is a great place to work.

Congenial environment allows growth and new ideas and innovative methods are welcomed by the Principal who is a lady who values punctuality, sincerity and dedication.

Excellent training,prepare more and more perfective and well trained teachers

I felt very happy and more comfortable.itgives competative spirit and skillfull work and confidential success.management support and very caring.gives very good training and motivates better teaching talent to bring up challenged students.
