Teachers aren't paid well. Worst management. Too much pressure. No importance is given in teacher's words. Fellow teachers are good but poor management.

Overall its good to work if you are fresher but not for long term, you can grow professionally in many area. University is well know for education and good placement.

Decent place to work, and easy to network.far away from the city so the accessibility is low. finding accommodation may be difficult as it is surrounded by villages. language will not be an issue if you speak english and hindi

Too much work for a minimum pay

Bad management and too much work load for a minimum pay.A day starting ends always with stress and sense of guilt What I learnt is the management will not support the employees at any cost.
