no scope of learning and low salary hike
no scope of learning and low salary hike. They dont use latest technolgies in all the applications, supporting the application 24hours but no recognization and salary hike/esop. Your hard spent working hours has no benefits at the end of the financial year as you can never expect a good salary hike, it is below average market standards.

Stressful environment
Seniors keep pointing out on smallest of mistakes and report it to higher ups and make a big deal about it and if seniors make mistakes it hidden under the rug even if it's told to the higher ups . Office politics at its best.
