Stressful workplace Long work hours Constant pressure from seniors who look down at you Lot of meetings done but no output No work life balance No recognition for work done unless you show off- visibility is important for survival Lot of politics in workplace Makes you feel useless

Work load is too much salary is not according to the work. They even ask you to take work home and complete it. They make you stay for extra hours during some event for that they even don't pay.

Since the college Area is following pure western culture, I am not fond of that culture. I learned "Not to give up your work just because of personal reasons. Keep away the personal problems while working. Enjoy the JOB at any moment.
