Negative on work culture, Pressure, ineffective management Flexibility in working hours/shifts, allowances Less HR interference results in minimum employee friendliness and more manager centric which ultimately results in creating disturbed minds.

the experience was not so good, long working hours, pressure, they used to ask us to come to work on weekends as well. No work-life balance. I would not suggest anyone working there.
