One of the most competitive banks in India and offers a wide array of products to customers. Also people in the bank are among the best in the industry. The process and procedures are very time consuming and tiring. Simple things take a long time to happen. Though the intent of the senior India leadership is to grow the business, the global best practices do not allow them sufficient independence to take decisions to grow the business.
