1. Ensure Customer focus at all times and respond to customers enquiries (e-mails phone and fax) using the Best Practice guidelines. 2. Ensure all customer queries are investigated and resolved 3. Reporting and bring to notice issues, if any, to the Team Manager. 4. To be able to grasp the situation and empathize with the customer. 5. Progress Reporting of selected projects to local management.
