This bank is 10 years behind all MNC banks. You get to work on some very old tools and the process here sucks. People who are here from the last 5 to 10 years do not want to change their of not working and also create a lot of resistance for people who want to work. The only good part about this bank is that it pays you well.

managers take things personally and spoil entire exp and life of a tenured employee.Mangement doesn't do anything for the employee
this is my personal experience , my LM has taken one incident very personally and kept on increasing that hatred against me and made to leave the organization with incorrect allegation .I am an tenured employee with 15 years experience with SCB only and I get this treat ment . Management was just witnessing the incident but not doing anything .Bitter experience with my LM of GBS -SCB

A good organization with all the processes and procedures laid down very clearly which helps in performing your roles and responsibilities. Management needs to be a bit more flexible. Overall a good organization to work with. PS: Can be better if they match industry salary standards.. :-P
