Standard Chartered GBS is a great place to work. A typical day at work will consist with meetings with department staff reviewing key performance indicators in line with the set goals.
I learnt a lot, especially taking responsibility and being responsive to clients needs. Most especially owning up to my shortcomings.

Working in SCB-GBS is good and job is secured. Work life Balance is based on you the work is done. Work culture is purely depends on the Management, here more than the rules its on the people and its reflection.
So as a whole the work is good or bad depends on how you work.
In SCB good and hardworking team members will get very low package and without knowing any product and process knowledge they will get very good packages so,pls change this process.
