In Standard Chartered job work with balaced Life style and excellent to work with Standard charterd .in standard chartered salary growth is very low but if you sincerly do your work then Insentive is very good. other benefits like medicalaim and other benefits are very good. Job Security is also good. overall standard charterd is very good working place.

the experience was not so good, long working hours, pressure, they used to ask us to come to work on weekends as well. No work-life balance. I would not suggest anyone working there.

Working in SCB-GBS is good and job is secured. Work life Balance is based on you the work is done. Work culture is purely depends on the Management, here more than the rules its on the people and its reflection.
So as a whole the work is good or bad depends on how you work.
I left SCB long back so mentioning salary and work culture will not justify todays culture of bank. Still it was a very fruitful journey and i always cherish working with such organization and under one of the best bosses.

I had an enriching experience at SCB. Being a freelancer, I had taken up a fixed term Direct contract employment role for SCB, India.
The retail business and operations team was cooperative and at the same time allowed freedom to execute plans and activities.

There is no work life balance and the work is too manual in nature which creates problems in growth as you end up doing the ore of data mining job which is not required
