In Standard Chartered job work with balaced Life style and excellent to work with Standard charterd .in standard chartered salary growth is very low but if you sincerly do your work then Insentive is very good. other benefits like medicalaim and other benefits are very good. Job Security is also good. overall standard charterd is very good working place.
Extreme pressure and zero enhanced support. Management is not supportive neither are most BMs.....the culture needs to be empathetic from the top. Staff at the retail banking are over worked and paid less. BMs make you sit extra with no extra pay. Excessive stressful and forceful sales jobs are made to do.
Leaves are many.
Excessive stressful and forced sales.
Good working experience. Workplace culture is also good .. You can learn many new thing .. Very nice medical benefits . We talk more in interview time

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?
The bank is a MNC and as such there is huge scope of learning and development that an employee can do. The bank also encourages learning and regular hackathons are conducted for developers. The work pace is slow and work life balance is excellent. Access to various tools are amazing. Travel ban is still there, hence no travel. Salary is competitive but not industry leader.
The culture at Best Company is by far the greatest asset. You can tell that they truly care about the happiness of their employees. It's a really relaxed and calm environment, even though the work we do can be fast paced. I don't dread coming into work on Monday mornings and the managers are extremely patient and understanding. -Good Salary -Flexible With Vacation Time -Benefits
Standard Chartered GBS is a great place to work. A typical day at work will consist with meetings with department staff reviewing key performance indicators in line with the set goals. I learnt a lot, especially taking responsibility and being responsive to clients needs. Most especially owning up to my shortcomings. Pros Well organised culture, can gain ample of knowledge in Banking. Cons Salary and benefits are not up to standards.
