Open & Inclusive culture, good learning opportunities. Many opportunities are available for one to lead & grow in this bank as it's a MNC and there was always option available to grow, provided a candidate is flexible to relocate, the opportunities are available. Great exposure to senior management and different functions of the bank.
Standard Chartered Global Business Services, (Formerly Known as Scope International (Ind) Pvt. ltd, is an excellent organisation delivering values, great place to work in, excellent team, Work life balance and as an Organisation where our ideas and Views are valued.
The good things Good for graduates who can work 10-12 hours a day like a machine. The challenges Horrible work culture, they treat employees like money making machine. Complete disregard of human feelings. Nothing is important for them than their margin and big fat bonus for the partners and directors

Do these reviews help you learn more about working at Standard Chartered Bank?
If you enjoy working in a process oriented, compliance driven competitive environment, Standard Chartered can be a place to work. The work culture is quite balanced with enough and more opportunities to challenge you and stretch your skills. Initial days at the job might seem too much but give it time to sink in for the journey thereon would be a great learning experience. The culture is highly collaborative with an equal weight given to individual performances and contributions.
The bank is a MNC and as such there is huge scope of learning and development that an employee can do. The bank also encourages learning and regular hackathons are conducted for developers. The work pace is slow and work life balance is excellent. Access to various tools are amazing. Travel ban is still there, hence no travel. Salary is competitive but not industry leader.
The culture at Best Company is by far the greatest asset. You can tell that they truly care about the happiness of their employees. It's a really relaxed and calm environment, even though the work we do can be fast paced. I don't dread coming into work on Monday mornings and the managers are extremely patient and understanding. -Good Salary -Flexible With Vacation Time -Benefits
