Productive and stressful place. Salary will come on time in every single month.

Company's management is not so much good because system unavailability is the biggest issue what I have been experienced through out my working hours. Workplace culture is good. The hardest part of the job is meeting the kpi and getting more abd more CSAT. The most enjoyable part of the job was festival celebration days because on these days we enjoy alot.

Pathetic, terrible place.

Pathetic organisation, illiterate senior. Doesn't have a basic courtesy. Suffocating environment . They don't give bonus at all but lure Candidates in terms of incentive in order to get the best work from them. But incentive they just give false assurance. They never give that.

I have never received the compensation that the employer has claimed since they demand extra pay while harassing their staff. When I worked from home, the employer advised me not to work split hours yet promised to pay an additional $100 every split shift. ///// THE WORSE COMPANY I'VE EVER SEEN
