Very bad manegement and manager they don't have skill to how Deal with the employees .no concern with the employees problems. No appriciation on good work.

I wont recommend you to join startek unless you dont have anything better to do. 6 days working with no overtime. No free tea/coffee. Pathetic office.

No work life balance Stressful work demands Long hours more then 16 hours a day is companies expectation.Completely unresponsive higher management .People get hired if you are some ones relative not on the basis of talent .
