Timings are rigid. HR is not supportive and rude. Management make you feel inferior. Power Politics in full swing. Big Brand with Small Value for employees. Not Recommended. Think twice before joining.

SBI is a organisation which gives you ample opportunity to interact with diverse set of people which may include a big corporate or a small farmer. You learn a lot in terms of managing your stake holders and managing a large portfolio of products . leadership is always very supportive , yet you are expected to bring tangible results. Needless to say that due diligence and Risk management is an integral part of the day to day JOB.
