Once a service sector now turning out to be purely business oriented, though management has given proper policy guidelines , staffs are pressurised to deviate the policy guidelines and reach the target by superior. Ethics laging. Though second Saturdays and Sundays are holiday, many staffs are pressurised to come on Sundays n Saturdays and waste their time .

Pros:A lot of growth opportunities.Salary benefits.Staff loans at low-interest rates.Cons:Stressful job (given that it is a finance sector job).Mid-level management is pathetic.Work-life balance is hard to maintain.

No work life balance No recognition for hard work. Hard working employees get more work and the ones showing lackluster attitude get promoted. No humane consideration towards employees. No sense of purpose or direction in business policy

Perks are good compared to all other public sector banks in India
