the most imp thing is that they have included this incorrect data showing software with performance parameter which is totally unacceptable.The pay structure is decent but the environment is pathetic from last 3 months.

I will recommend not to work here only if you don't have any offer in hand then only go for it a.... So stressful to work here....you will started to feel left out if you are working with another country's team (WFH)

Initially it was OK. but recently the management have introduced some time calculation software which is showing totally incorrect data. the most imp thing is that they have included this incorrect data showing software with performance parameter which is totally unacceptable. Great place to work!! If you really want to grow, then this is the place to be. Great management often take people's opinion into consideration. Teams know how to work hard and have fun at the same time. Vast process of Background check offers you a lot of learning opportunities. So, one who wants to learn can never stop learning.

Pros

Good facilities (good infrastructure, transport system, subsidized food prices). Effective management team. Great training team.

Cons

Sometimes you may have to work overtime due to business requirement.

You will only succeed in this company if you work as a slave for your bosses. Also the HR will not listen to you if you are not a slave for your boss. The worst company to work for. Your loyalty does not count unless you have a boss to support your loyalty. You lick you stick.

Sterling is a good company to work with its a developing company hence there are lot of opportunities in terms of growth. I see IJP is rolled for any vacancy within the organisation. This makes sterling different from others. During this crisis management took calculative decisions and made everybody work from home.

Poor people and cheap mentality, 4 times VP got changed, spot fire policies, night shift, HR is always with the management no matter if you have proof, no job security, outsourcing projects you worked and you are fired with entire team, never join even if you are Jobless

It's a good company with awesome work culture and people. I left the company because of traveling issue which I already told my team manager but he couldn't do anything about it. I would love to work there again if they have transportation till Bandra and hire some good leaders who assist their subordinates in order to achieve their goals.
